SHERPA is a public interest voluntary organization created to establish a legal support system for student entrepreneurs who have difficulties  getting legal support in the process of starting a business. SHERPA was founded on January 13, 2020 by  Yonsei University’s law school and undergraduate students under the support and guidance of attorney Seong-Hoon Kim, the managing partner of MISSION and an adjunct professor at Yonsei Law School.

SHERPA aims to help student founders who will become the future of a startup ecosystem, while providing oppotunities for collaboration with experts for students who wants to grow as professional lawyers in the startup sector in the future.

MISSION provides  human and material support to SHERPA, and selects a certain number of student startup teams as SHERPA Startups to provide systematic mentoring, support, networking and legal help. MISSION, together with SHERPA, intends to grow  ecosystem that can save and the next generation of entrepreneurs and lawyers.
